First you order
them. Just say, "Ribs, Please." Then settle
back. Make yourself real comfortable and plan to spend
some time at one of life's most pleasurable pleasures --
a slab of Laney's secret sauced, specially marinated,
charbroiled to perfection, genuine barbequed ribs.
Now forget
that knife and fork lying there. You don't need 'em. What
you do need are your Laney's bib, your large napkin, hands,
fingers, and a mouth with or without teeth 'cause our
ribs are so juicy and tender they almost melt at first
bite.
First, select that particular rib you want to begin with,
and using both hands, firmly grasp the tasty morsel at
both ends. Now don't worry about all that sauce on your
fingers 'cause you get to lick it off later (that's one
of the best parts about eating ribs). From here, its
actually fairly basic. All you do is slowly bring the rib
to your mouth (don't forget to open your mouth!), insert
it between both jaws and bite down. |
