Marsala Mushrooms
1 Pound Medium Sized Mushrooms...Cut in Half
1/4 Pound Butter
3 Cloves Smashed Garlic pieces
1/2 Cup Marsala Wine
To Taste Lemon
To Taste Course Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Demi Glace or 1 TSP Beef Base
To Taste White Wine
1 TSP Corn Starch
Saute' in a hot Skillet Mushrooms in butter with the Garlic. Then add Demi Glace or Beef Base with a touch of White Wine and a teaspoon of corn starch to give it body. When Sauteed add 1/2 Cup Marsala Wine, Lemon and Pepper.
Great on Grilled Steak, Pork Chops or Pan Fried Steak.
